 A Technical meet "TECHNOSMEC ",a national level paper presentation is conducted every year in the institution to develop creativity in reporting and communication skills,batches of students have taken part in paper presentation competitions.
ISTE Chapter
A Chapter,of the national body of Engineering teachers,Administrators and students i.e. Indian Society for Technical Education,is established in the Institution.
Seminars and Guest Lectures
To help the students to be abreast of the latest trends, guest lectures by experienced academicians and technocrats are regularly arranged. To sharpen their presentation skills, the students are required to present papers during student seminars. An excellent seminar hall with sophisticated audio visual aids are provided. Career Options
The final year students have enthusiastically participated in various industrial tours to national and multinational companies like Wipro, Infosys, Infotech, Mahendra, British Telcom, L&T, ECIL like organisations to enrich and update with the latest advancements in their respective field of engineering. The management strives to maintain its uniqueness by initiating placement services to various corporate sectors.
The college has released placement brochures at departmental levels by making them available to various prime industries and takes privilege in arranging campus interviews. Games, Sports & Cultural Activities
Facilities are made available in play fields for various games and sports like volleyball, football, cricket, badminton, tennikoit and Athletics, chess & caroms etc. in the campus. The college conducts sports meets and encourages students for participation in the Inter Collegiate events.The students are given sufficient time to play regularly in the institution and the talented students are sent to participate in the inter-college competitions. Some of the students have represented JNT University in the Inter-University Tournament. Cultural, Co-curricular and Extra-curricular activities are also spread over the academic year with a view to motivate the students towards overall personality development which is essential for the real success in one’s career.
